Stephan obtained his attorney license in 2018 and specializes in dispute resolution, public procurement law, and Corporate & Commercial.
Stephan holds a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from the University of Southern Denmark and an HD in International Business from Copenhagen Business School. With both national and international experience, including at leading law firms, in-house counsel in Spain, and an internship at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Stephan combines legal precision with business insight.
His experience also includes board work, where he contributes with strategic advice and legal expertise.
Stephan is also an external lecturer in the subjects Drafting Contracts, New Business Establishment, and Global Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern Denmark and regularly contributes to legal publications such as Chambers & Partners and The International Comparative Legal Guide.
